People seek therapy for many different reasons, such as struggling in a job or with a relationship, feeling stuck in their life, frustrated desires to meet a goal or improve a particular aspect of their lives and for symptom relief from stress or sadness. Individual therapy is a confidential and collaborative process between the client and therapist aimed at meeting a client’s short and long-term goals that address the reason why therapy is being sought. Individual therapy can help clients explore their behaviors and emotions with the objective of improving life quality and satisfaction.
As my clients work through therapy, I help in exploring challenges and setting realistic and effective goals, and then assist in processing through my clients’ unique concerns and circumstances, so that they will be successful in achieving goals and feeling the satisfaction of improving quality of life.
