Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance, but I am happy to provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your provider directly to ask about your out-of-network mental health coverage, deductible, and reimbursement rates.
What are your fees?
- Individual Therapy: $200 per 50-minute session
- Couples or Family Therapy: $230 per 50-minute session
What is your cancellation policy?
I require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.
What are the benefits of private pay therapy?
Paying out-of-pocket offers more flexibility, privacy, and control over your mental health care. It allows us to work together without a formal diagnosis or restrictions from insurance companies, which can result in more personalized and goal-focused therapy.
Who do you work with?
I work with adolescents (teens), adults, couples, and families. I welcome clients of all gender identities, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds, and family structures. My practice is inclusive and affirming, with a particular focus on serving LGBTQ+ clients with sensitivity and care.
What can I expect during the first session?
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any past experiences you’ve had with counseling. You’ll have space to ask questions, and together we’ll explore whether we’re a good fit.
How do I get started?
I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to help you determine if my services are a good match for your needs. You can reach out via phone, email, or the contact form below to schedule a time.
