What are your fees?
I charge $200 per 50-minute individual therapy session and $230 per 50-minute couples or family therapy session. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to help us determine if we’re a good fit.
Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance directly, but I’m considered an out-of-network provider. Many clients are able to get reimbursed for therapy through their insurance. I’m happy to provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your insurance company. I recommend calling your insurance provider in advance to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
What are the benefits of private pay therapy?
Private pay gives you greater privacy and flexibility. Your therapy records aren’t shared with an insurance company, and you can decide how often and how long you attend therapy without external restrictions. Many clients appreciate the freedom and discretion that come with paying directly.
Who do you work with?
I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. My practice is inclusive and affirming of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and backgrounds. I have particular experience supporting individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, postpartum changes, divorce, relationship issues, and identity development.
What can I expect during the first session?
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your goals, what’s bringing you to therapy, and begin outlining a path forward. You’re encouraged to ask any questions about my approach or the process.
What is your cancellation policy?
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
How do I get started?
The first step is to schedule a free 20-minute phone consultation. This gives us a chance to talk briefly about your needs, answer your questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit. You can request a consultation through my contact form, by phone, or by email.
