Individual, Family and CBT Counseling Therapy Denver, Co

Have you been feeling stuck in your life? Are you struggling through a new life transition? Have you been experiencing feelings of sadness or increased stress? Life is full of ups and downs and uncertainty. Most people encounter one or all of these challenges at some point in their lives, and sometimes the ways we have dealt with such situations in the past no longer work for us.

Seeking out therapy can be an intimidating and confusing experience, and often takes a lot of courage. In my 11 years of practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with individuals, couples and families I always find myself in awe of my client’s strengths and resiliencies. I provide a very warm and supportive setting to help my clients move through their individual issues, in a way that focuses on their strengths and insights and helps them to learn and practice new skills.

"Are you ready for a healthier, more loving relationship?"

My specialties include relationship issues, life transitions (moving, starting college, changing careers, divorce and marriage, stages of life transitions) various dependencies, depression and anxiety/stress management. In addition to employing a strength based, person centered approach I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Relational Therapy in my practice. In my experience clients find that they benefit a great deal from therapy and experience a relief from symptoms and issues for which they sought counseling.
