People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. You may be feeling anxious or overwhelmed, going through a difficult transition, struggling in a relationship, or simply feeling like something in your life isn't working the way you'd like it to.

I offer individual, couples, and family therapy, with in-person sessions in Denver and virtual therapy throughout Colorado. My approach is supportive, practical, and tailored to what you're dealing with and what you hope to get out of therapy.

Individual Therapy

Sometimes you know exactly what you want help with. Other times, you may just know that you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, unhappy, or stuck.

Individual therapy gives you a space to talk openly about what's going on, better understand yourself and the patterns that may be contributing to how you feel, and develop practical ways to cope and make changes. I work with clients dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, self-esteem, and other challenges that may be getting in the way of feeling more like themselves.

Couples Therapy

Even strong relationships can go through periods when communication feels harder, the same arguments keep coming up, or you simply don't feel as connected as you used to. You may be dealing with a specific issue, adjusting to a change in your relationship, or wanting to understand each other better.

Couples therapy gives you a place to slow things down and look at what's happening between you. I work with couples on communication, conflict, trust, intimacy, life transitions, parenting stress, and recurring relationship patterns. The goal isn't to decide who is right or wrong, but to help you better understand each other and find ways of relating that feel healthier and more connected.

Family Therapy & Parent Coaching

Family relationships can be complicated, especially during times of change, conflict, or stress. You may be having the same difficult conversations over and over, struggling to understand each other, or trying to navigate a change that is affecting the whole family.

Family therapy can help improve communication, work through conflict, and better understand the patterns that are affecting your relationships. I work with families in different configurations, including parents and children, siblings, and adult family members who want to improve their relationships with one another.

I also offer parent coaching when it makes more sense to work with the parent rather than the whole family. This can be helpful when you're unsure how to respond to a difficult situation, struggling with boundaries or communication, or trying to support your child while also taking care of your own needs.
